independent events

two or more events for which the occurrence of one does not affect the probability of the other(s)

independent value

a value or variable that changes or can be manipulated by circumstances

independent variable

a value or variable that changes or can be manipulated by circumstances

inductive reasoning

a form of logical thinking that makes general conclusions based on specific situations, inductive reasoning takes the path of observation to generalization to conjecture
