Make a submission

Consider your reflection and your current reality in terms of “mindset”. Where are you at in your own thinking? What do you believe about student mindsets?

Create your own concept map/calendar/table/pacing guide of the project/unit that you brought.  Use the simple map pictured as a guide or click on the link to see more advanced mindmaps.

Challenge

  • Can you create a mind map for your learning progression that includes multiple paths to proficiency?
  • Where would you include opportunities/checkpoints for student self-reflection? (These might be “forks” in your map as students could choose a self-differentiated path here) 
  • What type of scaffolding/activities would you need to have ready to accommodate all the “paths to proficiency?” (save these as action steps for your Academy Goal Tracker)
