TO: School District Superintendents, Public School Principals, Private School Administrators, Special Education Directors, School District Testing Coordinators

RE:                  Test Coordinator’s Kits & Student Bar Code Labels

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to pull the enrollment file last week in order to generate labels for the NDSA.  As a result there will be a delay in the delivery of the labels and Test Coordinator’s Kits to the districts.

Each district will receive the testing booklets October 7, 2011.  Each district will then receive the Test Coordinator’s Kits, with the labels on October 11, 2011. The original scheduled delivery date for the Test Coordinator’s Kits was October 4, 2011. We believe with this delay the schools will still have ample time to place the labels on the testing booklets prior to the start of the testing window (October 24, 2011).
